Dancing baby

Big News!

It's been a longgggg time since we posted anything, so here's something to get you all excited:  

For any of you that haven't already heard, we have made an addition to our little family!  Sometime next spring we are going to have a little baby!  Because of some medical conditions that I have, we consider it such a blessing and a miracle that we are going to have a baby without any fancy medications!  We are so excited for this new chapter in our lives together!  What a way to celebrate our 1 year anniversary coming up in a couple months! 

Unfortunately, that is pretty much all the information we know about it.  Getting any information out of the doctors is turning out to be so frustrating!  So, we don't know when the baby is due yet, but hopefully after the first ultrasound next Wednesday we will actually have something to tell people!

Other fun, but less exciting bits of news from the past couple weeks:

~My cousin Brittany gave us an old Kitchenaid Mixer that she got from the Fresh Market where she used to work...it was broken and dirty, but after Curtis got a hold of it, it is now clean and working!  He is very excited...let's just say sometimes I hear him in the kitchen turning on the mixer just to watch it spin!

~I made curtains for our living room!  I've had the fabric for a while and finally got my sewing machine out of storage to make them.  I am so proud of myself.

~We became teachers of the CTR 5 class!  They are little cutie patootie's!  I look forward to class every Sunday because they say the funniest stuff!

~I started teaching my dance classes at 2 studios and am now completely exhausted in the body and the brain!  

~ Curtis went to Utah for Grandma Haynie's funeral.  I am so glad that he got to go and celebrate her life with all of his family!  I only wish that I could have known her better and that I could have come too!

~Curtis turns 23 in 1 month!!!!
